While with OTR you can expect:
- A small fee to help with expenses
- Free monthly Group supervision
- A supportive team environment
- Opportunities to develop your counselling practice.
What we expect in return:
- Take on at least 3 clients
- Reliability, especially with regard to keeping your client appointments
- Integrity
- The ability to work within boundaries.

Trainee Counsellors
Sorry but we do not have any placements available at the moment. Keep checking back though as we will put it on this page when we do.
While training with OTR you can expect:
- A small fee to help with expenses (after a 6 month probationary period).
- Group supervision
- Some individual supervision, although your course may well require additional hours
- Opportunities to develop your counselling practice.
What we expect in return:
- Take on at least 3 clients
- A commitment to learning
- Reliability, especially with regard to keeping your client appointments
- Integrity
- The ability to work within boundaries.
