12pm - 6pm

We are closed at weekends.

As a registered charity, we receive no government or NHS funding.

Our ethos has always been to make counselling accessible to all regardless of financial circumstances.

In order to do that we rely entirely on generous donations from individuals and grants from charitable trusts to keep running, as it costs in the region of £30 per session to cover our overheads and provide counselling. 

Off The Record Counselling Service is a registered charity and non-profit organisation offering adults aged 18 and over counselling delivered by a dedicated team of fully qualified counsellors and diploma placement student counsellors 

Our mission is to give you a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental environment to explore life's challenges. to find your voice, navigate difficult transitions, and take charge of your personal wellbeing.
