12pm - 6pm

We are closed at weekends.

Whatever you are able to donate.

Your donations will go towards supporting our valuable work to keep providing low cost counselling.

Plus if you are a UK tax payer we can claim 25% extra against your donation.

For Perspective:

It costs OTR in the region of £30 per session to cover our overheads and provide counselling. 

To make donations straightforward and stress-free. we accept card payments and cash.

We also accept BACs payments.

Off The Record Counselling Service is a registered charity and non-profit organisation offering adults aged 18 and over counselling delivered by a dedicated team of fully qualified counsellors and diploma placement student counsellors 

Our mission is to give you a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental environment to explore life's challenges. to find your voice, navigate difficult transitions, and take charge of your personal wellbeing. 

Our ethos has always been to make counselling accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstances.

In order to do that we rely entirely on generous donations from individuals and grants from charitable trusts to keep running.

As a registered charity we receive no Government or NHS funding.
