Finding Off The Record
We are located at Willow Lane House on Willow Lane in Norwich.
- The front door will be open so just go straight in. If you find the front door closed then OTR is not open.
- Please ring the Off The Record buzzer, which you will find to the right inside the entrance lobby.
- If it's your first appointment, your counsellor will come down and collect you at your appointment time.
- Arrive at the time of your appointment to avoid waiting as your counsellor will not be able to let you in early
- For your further sessions, you will be able to be buzzed in and your counsellor will meet you at the top of the stairs on the first floor.
Unfortunately, we do not have any parking available on site. We are however not far from St Giles, The Forum, Chapelfield & Vauxhall Street Car Parks or there are various parking places (chargeable) on and around St Giles.
If you have any concerns about where to park please do get in touch with us and we will answer any questions you may have.

Do not fill out the online application form when the list is closed as it will not be put on to our system.
