Trainee Counsellors
Sorry but we do not have any placements available at the moment. Keep checking back though as we will put it on this page when we do.
While training with OTR you can expect:
- A small fee to help with supervision/training costs (after a 6 month probationary period).
- Group Supervision
- Some individual supervision, although your course may well require additional hours
- Discounted OTR provided CPD courses/training
What we expect in return:
- Take on at least 3 clients
- A commitment to learning
- Reliability, especially with regard to keeping your client appointments
- Integrity
- The ability to work within boundaries.

We are pleased to say that we have some daytime spaces available*.
If you would like to have counselling sessions with us please fill out our online form and we will get back to you to arrange an initial intake assessment appointment.
Although we do try to get you booked in for sessions as quickly as we can, it sometimes takes us longer if we do not have spaces which match your availability or a counsellor to match your issues.
However, if you can be flexible with your availability it does help us to get you booked in sooner.
