Christmas Closing Times
We will be closing from 3pm Friday 20th December for the Christmas Holidays and reopen 10am Monday 6th January 2025.
Please be aware that during this period only Appointment cancellation emails will be checked and replied to.
We will not be able to respond to text mesages or phone messages.

If you need urgent help for a mental health crisis or emergency, you should seek immediate expert advice and
assessment:
- Call 111 to speak to a trained mental health professional over the phone
- Speak to your GP
- Call 116 123 to talk to Samaritans, or email jo@samaritans.org for a reply within 24 hours
- Text "SHOUT" to 85258 to contact the Shout Crisis Text Line, or text "YM" if you're under 19
- The Staying Safe website provides information on how to make a safety plan
- The mental health charity Mind also provides information on planning for a mental health crisis

Our Counselling Sessions are Monday to Friday
- Morning appointments are between 9:00pm and 1:00pm
- Afternoon appointments are between 1:00pm and 6:00pm
- Evening appointments are between 6:00pm and 9:00pm.
Our Admin Office opening times are
- Monday between 11am - 7pm
- Tuesday between 1pm - 7pm
- Wednesday between 1pm - 7pm
- Thursday between 1pm - 7pm
- Friday between 11am - 5pm
We are closed at weekends.

We are pleased to say that we will have some daytime spaces available in February.
No Evening Appointments available ~ Sorry
If you would like to have counselling sessions with us please fill out our online form and we will get back to you to arrange an initial intake assessment appointment this month.
Although we do try to get you booked in for sessions as quickly as we can, it sometimes takes us longer if we do not have spaces which match your availability. However, if you can be flexible with your availability it does help us to get you booked in sooner.
